It recently came to my attention that customers would not just assume that we were dedicated to inclusion here at The Flower Room. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express how I feel and to try to make this store as welcoming a space as possible.

The Flower Room is wholly dedicated to making sure that all persons and people feel welcomed and valued equitably; regardless of background, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, disability, LGBTQIA+ status, citizenship status, lifestyle or economic status. No one will ever be made to feel that any of those things precludes them from being a valued member of this community.

Hate in the form of words or actions will not be tolerated at The Flower Room. We respectfully ask that hate speech be kept out of our business. Any persons or people who are unable to respect these values while on premises will be asked to leave and not return.
